Kontrakt pod Wojtunika

ZACHOWAJ ARTYKUŁ POLEĆ ZNAJOMYM

Skandaliczny "anty-korupcyjny" unijny kontrakt w Mołdawii dla Pawła Wojtunika przeszedł zadziwiającą metamorfozę: kontrolę nad nim odebrano UNDP i przekazano do biura KE w Kiszyniowie, długość kontraktu podwojono a zakres pracy rozmyto.

Zakres pracy został rozmydlony a zamiast minimum 100 dni pracy w semestrze wspomniano tylko o "znacznej minimalnej obecności" w Kiszyniowie ("The adviser is required to have a substantial minimum presence in Moldova according to the budget available").

Bruksela dba o kumpli swoich unijnych komisarzy, nieprawda Madame Bieńkowska ?

Wysłaliśmy kilka pytań na temat Wojtunika do szefa biura KE w Kiszyniowie:

To: Delegation-Moldova@eeas.europa.eu  Jun 3 at 5:00 PM

Attn: Mr. Pirrka Tapiola, Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova

Dear Mr. Tapiola,

Media are reporting that EU Delegation in Moldova contracted services of Mr. Pawel Wojtunik of Poland as a "High Level Adviser on anti-corruption" to the Moldovan government. I wonder if you are aware that former government colleague of Mr. Wojtunik, Ms.Elzbieta Bienkowska, is now a EU commissioner in Brussels. This raises the issue of nepotism and political corrruption. Both Mr. Bienkowska and Mr. Wojtunik were caught on tape discussing in a luxury restaurant in Warsaw in 2014 various abuses of public position by officials appointed by their government. However those abuses were not prosecuted and kept as an internal party secret.

If you study this matter more in detail you will soon realize that the professional credibility and integrity of Mr. Wojtunik are in question.

Therefore, I would like to ask you whether you knew about those facts before selecting Mr. Wojtunik, how many other candidates were pre-selected for this position (short list) and whether you have received any instructions from your superiors in Brussels (Mr. Bienkowska or others) concerning the selection of Mr. Wojtunik ?

Best regards,

Stanislas Balcerac

By żyło się lepiej ?
